An easy and filling breakfast vegetable shakshuka. Let's try it out.

 1 medium onion, diced
 3 cloves garlic, finely diced
 2 tsp paprika
 1 tsp ground cumin
 ½ tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
 ½ tsp cracked black pepper
 ½ tsp turmeric
 1 small eggplant, peeled and diced
 salt to taste
 4 oz feta cheese
 5 Eggland's Best Eggs
