 1 cup Water (after Rice is parboiled)
 1 ½ tsp Curry
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 1 tsp Thyme
 1 tsp Salt
 1 Large onion, diced
 1 Large Clove Garlic, minced
 Purred 1 paprika, 1 onion, and tomato to create Nigerian Paste
 2 Medium Carrots
 ½ cup Frozen Peas
For Plantains
 2 Large Ripe Plantains
 ½ cup Oil for frying
For Coleslaw
 3 Large Carrots
 ½ Large Cabbage

Ingredients
