‘Gari Piñon’, is basically Gari cooked in a hot and perfectly spiced Tomato broth. This is a popular dish in Togo, Benin and the Ewe’s of Ghana. Gari Pinon has a soft and light texture which is packed with flavors and can be enjoyed with your favorite Meat, Fish or Poultry.

 2 Large diced Red Peppers
 1 kg chicken
 salt and maggi to taste

 20 g of Ginger
 1 clove of Garlic
 1 tsp of Aniseed
 1 large Onion
 1 l of oil for frying optional stock cube
