Yam porridge is a very delicious Yam recipe, it is eaten by most tribes in Nigeria and also common in the Yoruba speaking parts of Nigeria. The traditional way of cooking it consumes a lot of time but this version of Yam Porridge is the quickest, easiest, and of course delicious Nigerian yam porridge you'll ever have!

 3 medium size red bell pepper
 1 large tomato
 1 scotch bonnet
 ¼ cup dried prawns
 ½ cup shrimps
 1 can tomato sauce
 1 ½ tbsp crayfish
 1 kg white yam
 1 cup chopped frozen spinach
 1 medium size red onion
 ½ tsp salt (or as preferred)
