 1 tsp paprika
 ½ tsp cinnamon
For the chicken
 1 tbsp olive oil
 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
 salt and pepper to taste
 1 onion halved and sliced
 1 ½ tsp minced garlic
 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
 2 teaspoons lemon juice
 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
