Ofada rice is popularly known as Nigerian brown rice. It is a name for heritage varieties of rice grown in south-west Nigeria. It is used in a variety of dishes. Today we'll be making the delicious fried ofada rice with fried chicken.

 3 tbsp olive oil
 ½ cup diced onions
 4 cloves garlic
 ½ cup diced carrots
 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce
 1 ½ tbsp sesame oil
 5 cups Ofada riceNigerian brown rice
 ¼ tsp thyme
 ½ tsp curry powder
 1 chicken seasoning
 1 tbsp chili powder
 salt to taste
 ½ cup red bell pepper
 ½ cup spring onions
 ½ cup sweet corn
 ½ cup green bell pepper
