 1 lb smoked fish
 2 lbs red snapper
 6 Blue crab
 3 lbs fresh okro
 1 bunch jute leaves
 2 medium sized tomatoes
 2 habanero peppers (plus extra to put in at the end)
 2 large onions
 2 medium sized shallots
 1 tsp coriander seeds
 1 tsp aniseed 1 cup palm oil salt to taste
 2 star anise
 75 g ginger
 1 maggi tablet
 1 cup palm oil
 salt to taste
