Some of these homes have all you need to live almost exclusively with little or no interaction with others. For Africans in the diaspora—as well as African Americans—returning or visiting Africa, looking for a luxury home should be the least of your worries. Are there exotic homes in Africa? Do they measure up to the global standard? Well, read on to find out.
For this list, we present to you ten of Luanda’s choicest million-dollar homes. We have selected homes within serene and secure neighborhoods, with proximity to urban facilities. #1. Miramar Luxury Villa (Luanda Province)Developed by the Angolan real estate company Casa & Solucoes, this home is a true architectural masterpiece. Besides the brilliant design, it is fitted with a modern spa, a mini-bar, four master bedrooms, and six bathrooms. #6. Baía Building (City Center)
This luxury home makes our list for one major reason—its proximity to the very best facilities Anglo has to offer. It is an excellent 4-bedroom apartment in Edifício Baía. In addition to being in a good area, it is furnished, equipped, large (163,79 m²), and secure. There is a sea/bay view, TV and Internet included, equipment maintenance, equipped kitchen, water/light backups, 1 parking space, a bar, and a spa. This home costs over $1 million.
#7. Ningi’s HouseLocated 6.2 miles from Joaquim Dinis Stadium, Ningi’s House provides accommodations with free WiFi and free private parking.
